Annual HOA Dues for 2024: $450      ($350 plus $100 Road Fund =$450 Total)

When a property at North Shore Country Club is sold, the purchaser will be charged a onetime administrative fee of $250 payable to the NSCC HOA, as provided in Article VII Section 8 of the Master Covenants and Chapter 47F, North Carolina Planned Community Act, Article 3, G.S. 47F-3-102, item (13) Powers of Owner's Association.  This fee covers the furnishing of certificates as to the status of HOA dues for the property and updating financial and secretarial records.  Once this fee is paid, new HOA members should log onto the North Shore Country Club HOA website, select Member tab and get a password.  After this is completed, the HOA will verify membership via property records/transfer feed paid to the Treasurer, and add you to the website as a Member.  Once that happens, you log in as a member and can see proprietary information such as meeting minutes.  Both you and the HOA can correspond by email address for questions or comments.   The HOA will bill your dues annually using your email address, so if you change email addresses (or mailing address)make sure you update it with the HOA and Onslow County.  If emails are undeliverable, the HOA will manually mail your annual dues statement and charge you an administrative fee.

If you are renting in North Shore Country Club, the HOA Rules and Regulations apply to you.  Your rental agent or owner should provide you with a copy of our Rules and Regulations.  The Landlord and the Renter will be advised about any violations, fines, or warnings, either by letter or email.  If the renter is not complying, the Owner will be held liable/responsible.

Note:  Once new members or renters are known to the HOA, our Welcome Committee will attempt to visit with you and answer any questions about the community that you may have.

Note:  Updates to the Rules and Regulations and Residential/Building/Standards change periodically.  Check the website to ensure you have the most current version.  Anyone can visit the website and check on Covenants, Rules and Residential Building Standards.

NOTE:  HOA Amenities.  The HOA doesn’t own any land.  The HOA does own the roads and signage.   You might say that our amenities are our beautiful subdivision and proximity to great beaches and fishing.

We find people are frequently confused about the golf course, pool, and tennis courts here.   The Golf Course, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Courts  are  not amenities of North Shore Country Club HOA.  All three belong to the North Shore Golf Course.   If you own a home in North Shore CC, you may apply to activate your membership in the North Shore CC Golf Club. Membership includes access to Golf, Pool and Tennis Courts.  For North Shore Golf Club Membership inquiries, Membership Transfers following purchase of a home,  or other information regarding the Golf Club, please contact the Director of Golf @ 910-327-2410 or 800-828-5035.
